How This Site Makes Money

Loft Conversions Bromley is a lead generation and matching website. When you submit an enquiry or call, we pass your details to one or more independent loft conversion companies covering your area. Those companies pay us for the introduction.

You pay us nothing, and what you pay them is not increased because the enquiry came through us.

What That Means for You

Our income depends on enquiries being made through this site. What it does not depend on is which conversion type you settle on, or how large the job turns out to be, because we take no share of your build cost.

That is why the guidance on this site can afford to tell you that a rooflight conversion at £28,000 may be all you need, when a building company quoting you has every reason to price the larger job.

What We Do Not Do

We do not carry out building work. We do not employ the people who will survey or build. We do not vet, screen or approve the companies we work with, and we make no claim about their skill, insurance or registration. Checking those things is your job, and we would strongly encourage it.

Who We are Not

We are not affiliated with the London Borough of Bromley, or with any trade body, certification scheme or manufacturer.

Independence of the Guidance

The cost figures, planning information and conversion-type guidance on this site are not sponsored, and no company pays to be recommended within them.
