Loft Conversions Bromley is an introduction and matching service. Using this site does not create a contract for building work with us, because we do not carry out building work.

No Contract for Works

Any contract for a survey, design or construction is between you and the company you engage. We are not a party to it, we do not guarantee it, and we do not manage it.

Quotes are Theirs, Not Ours

Prices quoted to you come from independent companies. Figures shown on this site are estimates for guidance and are not offers.

No Warranty as to Contractors

We make no representation about the skill, insurance, registration, accreditation or workmanship of any company we pass an enquiry to. We do not vet, screen or approve contractors. Checking those things is your responsibility, and we would encourage it.

Information is General

Liability
